The Marvel Universe is being torn apart. The Superhuman Registration Act becomes law and Super Heroes must register as weapons of mass destruction, becoming licensed government agents. As Civil War is stirred, Iron Man leads the Pro-Registration side while Captain America spearheads the stand on Anti-Registration. The enemies you battle and the missions you accomplish depend on which side you choose.

All bonus missions:
 
At the "Hero Details" or "Team Select" menu, press Up, Right, Down, Left(2), 
Right, Up(2) to unlock all bonus missions at Stark Tower. If you entered the 
code correctly, you will hear a sound. Repeat the code to disable its effect.


All characters:
 
At the "Hero Details" or "Team Select" menu, press Up(2), Down(2), Left(3), 
Right to unlock all characters inside S.H.I.E.L.D. Access Points. If you entered 
the code correctly, you will hear a sound. Repeat the code to disable its 
effect.


All powers:
 
At the "Hero Details" or "Team Select" menu, press Up(2), Down(2), Left, 
Right(2), Left to add an initial power to each skill. If you entered the code 
correctly, you will hear a sound. Repeat the code to disable its effect.


Infinite health and weapons:
 
At the "Hero Details" or "Team Select" menu, press Down, Up(2), Down(2), Left, 
Right, Down. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound. Repeat 
the code to disable its effect.


Add one level:
 
At the "Hero Details" or "Team Select" menu, press Down, Up, Right, Up, Right, 
Up, Right, Down. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound. This 
can be repeated until level 99.


Add ten levels:
 
At the "Hero Details" or "Team Select" menu, press Down, Up, Left, Up, Left, Up, 
Left, Down. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound. This can 
be repeated until level 99.


Level 99:
 
At the "Hero Details" or "Team Select" menu, press Down, Up, Left, Up, Right, 
Up, Left, Down. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound. Repeat 
the code to disable its effect.


Maximum money:
 
At the "Hero Details" or "Team Select" menu, press Up(2), Down(2), Up(3), Down. 
If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound. Repeat the code to 
disable its effect.


Play as Cyclops:
 
Score 30,000 points or more, protect him and the civilians, and defeat Scorcher 
in Cyclops' bonus mission to unlock him.


Play as Gambit:
 
Score 30,000 points or more, get as many data discs as possible, defeat as many 
enemies as possible, and reach the exit in Gambit's bonus mission to unlock him.


Play as Green Goblin:
 
Score 30,000 points or more, and set the charges within the time limit in the 
Green Goblin's bonus mission to unlock him.


Play as Jean Grey:
 
Score 13,000 points or more, destroy all targets with exploding robots, and 
defeat Grey Gargoyle in Jean Grey's bonus mission to unlock her.


Play as Penance:
 
Score 25,000 points or more while keeping Penance alive, and defeat over 75 
enemies and Scorpion to unlock Penance.
