Tenkaichi 2 is a fighting game with more than 120 playable characters, the biggest amount ever featured in a Dragon Ball game. The main Dragon Adventure mode follows an epic story mode that covers the first Dragon Ball Z saga (Saiyan Saga) right up to the last Dragon Ball GT saga (Dragon Saga), including all of the major battles, making it one of the most comprehensive Dragon Ball Z games.

Play as Bardock:

Unlock the Bardock The Father Of Goku scenario in Story mode. 

Play as Burter:

Defeat Burter in Frieza Saga Story mode to unlock him. 

Play as Cell (first form):

Defeat Cell with Piccolo in Android Saga Story mode to unlock him. 

Play as Cell (Perfect form):

Successfully complete Android Saga Story mode to unlock Cell (Perfect form). 

Play as Cell (second form):

Defeat Cell two times in Android Saga Story mode to unlock Cell (second form). 

Play as Cell Junior:

Defeat Cell Junior with Teen Gohan (Super Saiyan 2) in Android Saga Story mode 
to unlock him. 

Play as Dabura:

Defeat Dabura with Gohan (Super Saiyan 2) in Majin Buu Saga Story mode to unlock 
him. 

Play as Dr. Gero (Android 20):

Defeat Dr. Gero with Krillin (Kuririn) in Android Saga Story mode to unlock him. 

Play as Frieza (Second Form):

Defeat Frieza (Second Form) in Frieza Saga Story mode to unlock him. 

Play as Frieza (Third Form):

Defeat Frieza (Third Form) two times in Frieza Saga Story mode to unlock him. 

Play as Frieza (Final Form):

Defeat Frieza (Final Form) three times in Frieza Saga Story mode to unlock him. 

Play as Ginyu:

Defeat Ginyu in Frieza Saga Story mode two times to unlock him. 

Play as Gogeta (Super Saiyan 4):

Successfully complete the Shadow Dragon Saga Story mode to unlock Gogeta (Super 
Saiyan 4). 

Play as Gogeta (Super Saiyan):

Successfully complete the Fusion Reborn Story mode to unlock Gogeta (Super 
Saiyan). 

Play as Gohan (Great Saiyaman):

Unlock Majin Buu Saga in Story mode to unlock Gohan (Great Saiyaman). 

Play as Gohan (Super Saiyan):

Reach the part where you fight Android 17 and 18 in History Of Trunks Story 
mode. 

Play as Gohan (Super Saiyan 2):

Defeat Dabura with Gohan (Super Saiyan 2) in Majin Buu Saga Story mode to unlock 
him. 

Play as Goku (Super Saiyan):

Reach the part where you fight Frieza (Final Form) the third time in Frieza Saga 
Story mode. 

Play as Goku (Super Saiyan 2):

Defeat Majin Vegeta in Majin Buu Saga Story mode to unlock Goku (Super Saiyan 
2). 

Play as Goku (Super Saiyan 3):

Defeat Majin Buu (Good) in Majin Buu Saga Story mode to unlock Goku (Super 
Saiyan 3). 

Play as Goku (Super Saiyan 4):

Reach the part where you fight Yi Shenlong (Omega Shenron) in Shadow Dragon Saga 
Story mode to unlock Goku (Super Saiyan 4). 

Play as Goten (Super Saiyan):

Unlock Majin Buu Saga in Story mode to unlock Goten (Super Saiyan). 

Play as Gotenks:

Defeat Super Buu the first time in Majin Buu Saga Story mode to unlock Gotenks. 

Play as Gotenks (Super Saiyan):

Defeat Super Buu with Gotenks (Super Saiyan 3) in Majin Buu Saga Story mode to 
unlock Gotenks (Super Saiyan).
