The gameplay is similar to the original, using the Wii remote for all kinds of methods, such as flinging the remote upward for the Chili mini-game or holding the remote still to keep simulate balancing certain items such as the Burger Balance game. There are also musical mini-games that require you to time your movements with the remote and Nunchuk to keep with the beat of the music. Another is a driving game that requires you to move the remote left or right to simulate steering among others. There are sixty mini-games, including being able to play in co-op or play head-to-head against a friend. There are five different regions to play in including USA, Europe and Asia and there are 110 different items to customize Rayman and the Rabbids with over 540,000 different combinations.

Funkytown:

Play every game at least one time in Single Player mode to unlock Funkytown.

Mini-games:

Mini-games are unlocked by playing Trips. To unlock all mini-games, play each 
Trip two times. Note: A Nunchuck controller is required for some Trips to unlock 
their mini-games. You also need to unlock the last Trip and play it twice. To 
unlock the last Trip, play all other Trips once.

Shooting mini-games:

Play all Trips to unlock all shooting mini-games. Each Trip will unlock a 
shooting game.

Bonus song:

Play all mini-games and FPS games to unlock a new song in the Tropics Trip.
Jukebox songs 
Play a song game to unlock its song in the Jukebox.

Alternate starting menu:

Successfully complete 100% of the game to have a crown appear at the "Press 
Start" menu.

Crash Test Dummy  : Get over 12,000 points in Shopping Cart, Downhill. 
Doctor            : Get over 12,000 points in Anesthetics. 
Fireman           : Shoot the Right Rabbid in Paris, Pour Troujours. 
French Maid       : Get over 12,000 points in Little Chemist. 
Fruit-Hat Dancer  : Shoot the Right Rabbid in the Year Of The Rabbids to get the 
                    high score. 
HAZE Armor        : Shoot the Right Rabbid in Big City Fights to get the high score. 
Indiana Jones     : Get over 12,000 points in Rolling Stone. 
Jet-Trooper Rabbid: Get over 12,000 points in Greatest Hits. 
Ken               : Get over 12,000 points in RRR Xtreme Beach Volleyball. 
Leonardo (TMNT)   : Get over 12,000 points in Usual Rabbids. 
Martian Costume   : Get over 12,000 points in Bumper Cars. 
Masked Wrestler   : Shoot the Right Rabbid in Greatest Hits.
