VVVVVV is a retro styled 2D platformer by Terry Cavanagh, creator of dozens of free games. You play as the fearless leader of a team of dimension exploring scientists who inadvertently crash, and are separated. The game involves exploring the strange world you've found yourself in, and reuniting your friends. VVVVVV explores one simple game mechanic: you cannot jump - instead, you reverse your own gravity at the press of a button. The game focuses on playing with this mechanic in a variety of interesting ways. The game is designed not to artificially gate your progress. In VVVVVV there are no locks, no power-ups, no switches, nothing to stop you progressing except the challenges themselves.

Secret laboratory:

Collect all twenty trinkets to unlock the secret laboratory which 
allows access to the trophy room and Super Gravitron.

Complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding trophy in the trophy room. 

Complete the game. 
Complete the game in flip mode. 
Last 5 seconds on the Super Gravitron. 
Last 10 seconds on the Super Gravitron. 
Last 15 seconds on the Super Gravitron. 
Last 20 seconds on the Super Gravitron. 
Last 30 seconds on the Super Gravitron. 
Last 1 minute on the Super Gravitron. 
Obtain a V Rank in this Time Trial. 
Obtain a V Rank in this Time Trial. 
Obtain a V Rank in this Time Trial. 
Obtain a V Rank in this Time Trial. 
Obtain a V Rank in this Time Trial. 
Obtain a V Rank in this Time Trial. 
Win with less than 500 deaths. 
Win with less than 250 deaths. 
Win with less than 100 deaths. 
Win with less than 50 deaths. 
Complete the game in No Death mode. 


Super Gravitron:

Collect all twenty trinkets. 


Flip mode:

Successfully complete the game. In this mode the game is upside down. 


No Death mode:

Earn an "S" rank in four Time Trials. In this mode the game ends after one death.


Alternate Ending Screen:

Collect all 20 Shiny Trinkets to unlock an alternate ending screen. 
Note: Collecting Trinkets will also unlock music you can rock out to in your ship.
